Stephen Thrift - Life Coach Bringing out the best in you
Stephen Thrift - Life CoachBringing out the best in you

How can I make a change in my life?

All it takes to change something in your life is:

  1. A decision to change.
  2. Knowledge of where you are, where you want to get to, and how to get there.
  3. The actions required to get you to where you want to be.

The results will then look after themselves.

You will have to do it yourself, because nobody else will do it for you. But that is good: it means that you already have it within you to make the change that you want to see in your life.

That all sounds simple, and it is.

So why hire a life coach?

Although the process is simple, it is not necessarily easy. As your coach, I will help you:

  1. help you to create a clear, visible goal;
  2. help you to create a plan to reach your goal (including overcoming any obstacles);
  3. support you as you take the actions necessary; and
  4. perhaps most importantly, I will hold you accountable for the commitments you make to yourself.

In short, I will help you get from where you are, to where you want to be.

If you put in the commitment, the time and the work necessary, then you will achieve the results that you want, whatever change you want to see in your life. Together, we can bring out the best in you.
